What we receive
Only what you type into the quote request form on the Contact page: your name, email address, an optional phone number, the city, the type of space, bedroom and bathroom counts, whether there are pets, how often you want service, whether you want a deep clean, and your message.
Nothing else about your visit is recorded. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no visitor log kept by this website.
Where it goes
Your submission is delivered as an email to danijaxcleaning@gmail.com. A short confirmation email is sent back to the address you entered. Delivery is performed by Resend, our email service provider, acting on our behalf.
The reply-to address on the email we receive is set to your address, so replying to it reaches you directly.
What is not done with it
Your submission is not saved to a database on this site, not added to a marketing list, not sold, and not shared with anyone beyond our email provider. The confirmation email sent back to you contains our own fixed wording rather than repeating what you typed.
How long we keep it
Quote requests stay in our email inbox for as long as we need them to serve you and keep ordinary business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will remove it.
Abuse prevention
Before an email is sent, each submission is checked for signs of automated solicitation: a hidden field real visitors never fill in, how quickly the form was completed, patterns in the message text, and how many submissions have recently arrived from the same network address. Submissions that fail these checks are discarded and never reach our inbox.
Security measures in place
The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy, clickjacking and MIME-sniffing protections, and cross-site request protection on the form. Our email provider's credentials are held as server-side secrets and are never exposed in the website's code.
